I draw on 20+ years of wide-ranging experience as a Local Authority Director supported by the ILM Level 7 Post Graduate qualification in Executive Coaching & Mentoring. I facilitate group sessions where individuals come together to assist each other with real time issues they are facing and to provide a support network for transitions they wish to make.

     Averil co-designed and delivered a modular programme for 25 Senior Leaders and following the success of this led the delivery of a bespoke development programme for 60 middle managers.

    What appealed to us was the combination of Averil’s extensive senior leadership experience gained in District Councils very similar to NFDC plus her passion for co-designing bespoke programmes aimed at unlocking the potential of individuals to work corporately and collaboratively. 

    Through the implementation of the Solace 360 tool, Averil was able to deliver 1-2-1 feedback to all senior leaders using a coaching style to encourage them to identify strengths and areas for improvement.  This was really valued by the leadership team and quickly built up a strong relationship with the team that enabled challenge alongside development.
